At Nu Day Investments, we seek out and secure deals on homes throughout the United States for investors and private home owners.  NDI has a system to turn around a property renovation in 45 days, from demolition to completion.  This allows investors to reduce the time to place properties back on the market for resale and maximize the return on their investment. NDI clients average a 30% return on their investment within three/four months.

 

NDI leaves a signature on every home in our kitchen and bathroom renovations with granite counter tops, new stainless range, hood vent/micro hood, dishwasher and refrigerators; 18" tiles and carpet only in bedrooms. We use Sherwin Williams premium primers and paint color combinations on all exteriors and navajo white interiors.  We pay attention to detail, with all lighting and door hardware the latest brushed nickel accents.
