Rehab-bama is dedicated to rehabilitating homes all across the State of Alabama. We specialize in the restoration of mid-century homes back to their opulence. We want to help every residential and business owner rehabilitate their property to get Beauty for Ashes.
Nu Day Investments LLC was established in June 2008, as a contracting company servicing banks, lenders, investors, private home owners, etc., in the State of Michigan. Upon moving NDI to Birmingham, Alabama in September 2015, I received a vision of restoring some of the ruins of my Central Park community, located in the west end of Birmingham city limits. On and about November 13, 2017, I purchased a two owner 1875 sq. ft., three bedroom, two bath home complete with hardwoods, central air, 10 ft ceilings, 2 1/2 car block garage.
This my first Isaiah 61 Home.

Our Leadership
I began a successful sales career at Sears and Roebuck in appliances, and was promoted to 707 Manager over Tools, Paints, Hardware, Sporting Goods and Water Shop. Day to day duties included managing a staff of 25 employees and training. Through this experience, I developed a sense of the importance of training, end caps, bulk stacks and signing. I was a Million Dollar Producer in Tool Sales.
My second corporate assignment was as a branch manager with Enterprise Rent A Car Company of Middle Tennessee, where I experienced excellent customer service scores and fleet growth. After eight (8) years with such a great company and transferring to the Detroit Metro area, I decided to resign and start Nu Day Investments, LLC.
Nu Day is a property preservation company that has been rewarding for all who have come into contact with us. Foreclosure is our primary business, where we return properties into move in ready homes.
